Kashi cereal is very good. I eat this most mornings with blueberries. Lots of fiber, and protein. 7 grams.I would like to see a little less sugar. Say citing it down to 6 grams instead of 9.

Part of my healthy fiber breakfasts. Like most cereals though, it does have a layer of broken crumbs at the bottom.

I like that it is organic the only one I can find, it has great fiber and no sodium. I wish it did not have sugar, but I know most people like that.
