Kuhn Rikon Cucina Non-Stick Frying Pan, 26 cm, Black

I looked at the smaller pans designed for frying an egg and they were not large enough to even turn the egg over if you desired. This one is the perfect size. The pan itself is heavy. Unlike other pans where the weight of the handle exceeds the weight of the pan and causes it to tip over... the pan is heavy enough to keep the pan upright. Eggs do NOT stick, even with no oils or butter. Eggs are easy to flip over and it cooks evenly even for me... I'm NOT a chef, by far. Do yourself a favour and get this one instead of the 12cm pans. You will thank yourself for that little extra room. Cleanup is a dream. Just wipe it out with some kitchen roll. The outside is porcelain so it may need a bit of scrubbing if food dripped over the side. If you cook single eggs for yourself, then shut up and get this pan. You won't be sorry.

Although a little heavy this is a superb pan for pancakes as well as any other frying or poaching dishes. Easy to clean totally non stick. I do not use oil to fry and this pan doesn't need it. Highly recommend.

Until we bought an induction oven, this was a great pan. Good size and weight and lasted well. Handed on to the in-laws as it was still a good pan. Just note what it says in the description - does not work on induction hob (despite having the icon on the base). Quite expensive, mine was a Warehouse deal and I'm not sure whether I would pay the full price for a crepe pan.

Have used for potatoe rosti and no problems. Pan is heavy and food does not stick. Ideal size for single egg and other single potions like my rosti. Easy clean and sturdy..Happy so far with purchase.

This is my second pan. I would buy another instantly.

Quality product will last 10 years.This is the second kuhn Rikon pan I have bought which I use for a milk pan, so it is used at least 2 to 3 times a day.The first had a 10 year warranty and lasted the decade - the handle became a little loose but not really of concern. The non-stick coating held up. Only replaced the old one when wife set fire to the bottom.This new one has a kind of corase prickly non-stick which I guess is some new innovation, but works faultlessly.

I have just bought my second for when the first is in the dishwasher. Not that it needs the dishwasher really, as it cleans well under the tap. A revelation. I make 3-egg scrambled egg, over easy eggs, omelette, mushrooms, tomatoes and it never sticks. A perfect pan for one greedy person.

Good quality pan but the spout does not pour. Need to hold over the sink to avoid making a mess on the worktop.

acquistata da poco e utilizzata solo due volte posso dire che l'aspetto presuppone bene ma non mi posso esprimere sulla durata nel tempo. Per l'acquisto mi sono affidato alle recensioni positive e confermo che l'interno antiaderente funziona bene.

Wir sind begeistert von dieser Pfanne, denn sie ist leicht, liegt gut und plan auf und die Beschichtung sieht immer noch so aus wie neu. Auch Sojaschnitzel oder Speisen mit empfindlicher Panade gelingen darin hervorragend. Nach dem Gebrauch einfach mit einem Küchenkrepp auswischen - fertig. Aber Achtung: am besten immer nur auf der Stufe 3 von 9 am Herd erwärmen, oder nur kurz auf der Stufe 4, denn diese Art von Beschichtungen sollten nicht der stärksten Hitze ausgesetzt werden. Zum Anbraten auf höchster Stufe benutze ich eine Gusseisen-Pfanne.

Me parece muy buen producto esta marca tiene muy buena calidad, es ligero me parece una ventaja para usarla cuando vas a echar el líquido en un recipiente.
