Soft comfortable cover. Firm padding that supports head and neck. Used this on a 10 hour overnight flight and I was comfortable and got about 6 hours of sleep.

Very comfortable to wear and size and height are perfect not only to wear but also to pack on your carry on due to the shape. The item doesn’t loose its shape after the amount of packing and unpacking it from its little pouch. It is always soft and fluffy. It is washer safe as well which makes it easy to clean.

This item is a travel game changer. The design box back makes it for a much comfortable fit when placing up against a headrest in your car, plane or train ride. The material is soft. The color is eye catching. The foam insert could be slightly more firm for my taste, but helps keep your head upright for best head and neck relief.

Love this. It’s easy to pack up and put away. The case keeps its compact and clean and it’s comfortable. I’m short to often my neck hits in a weird spot on head rest so can’t use neck pillows but this is soft and conforming so it’s perfect for me.

Not a bad product - very well made and a good height/support, but didn't like the snaps used to fit the pillow to one's neck. Couldn't adjust it to a comfortable fit - really couldn't get comfortable using the travel pillow (but also not a huge fan of neck pillows). Tried rotating it, but to no avail. Nice carry bag and good closure on that. UPDATE - I had received a refund from Amazon (5* for Amazon, as per usual), but FlowZoom *also* reached out to me with an offer of a full refund. 100% great customer relations. Will look for other products to buy from this company - very impressed!

Works well overall. Comfortable and holds neck in place. A little difficult to snap the buttons together to connect both ends, but not a major problem.

I absolutely love my Flow Zoom memory foam travel pillow! It fits well with just a button for your size. Supports neck. It is not too high in the back. Very comfortable when I lean my head to the side a bit. Easy to travel with. I like the travel bag to make it more compact if needed.

Immediate return. Do not get if you are a smaller person or have a smaller neck. My chin and mouth fell into the hole even at the tightest setting. I got a reply after contacting customer service. While a smaller version is in development, this current version is too big. I thought to ask a local tailor to move the rivet for the buckle so that it could be tighter…however the walls of the hole area will cut circulation to your neck. Additionally the pillow is not firm enough to support your head. This is important during plane turbulence. Nice idea to make the back more thin. But more r&d is needed. I recommend this company uses both firm and medium density foam instead of memory foam. I recommend they make it more adjustable for different sized people. *i dont recommend this pillow*

Firm but comfortable support, with somewhat level of versatility in its positioning. Small Adult size fits me (Mum) and also an 11 year old. (The kid size would probably make sense for much younger kiddos). Washable cover.

Ottimo prodotto, acquistato per un viaggio in bus di 12 ore si è rilevato un ottimo compagno di viaggio. Regge molto bene il collo e si riesce a dormire bene. Comodo anche nel trasporto essendo richiudibile nel suo pratico sacchetto. Dopo anni che ce l'ho non ha ancora perso forma e robustezza.
