Q: Why has it stopped bubbling

It is a 7 day brew kit which can ferment within 4 days. Take a hydrometer reading, if lower than 995 it is ready to progress. If it is higher it may be to warm. Move to cool place for 2 days and ensure temperature is below 30 degrees but above 20 degrees this should restart fermentation.if not a recover yeast should be added. Likely to be a temperature issue of to hot or cold. Good luck.

Q: could i do this in batches or would i need to do the 30 bottles all at the same time?

if you could calculate the measurements for each pouch in the pack i suppose you could do it in batches...but considering it is very easy to do the full pack at once, i would just do that..also the 30 bottles means standard bottles, you can make it 22 1 ltr bottles, 11 2 ltr bottles or bigger bottles if required

Q: Does any wine exist that’s made without using tons of sugar ? I like wine but I hate all the sugar. It’s so unhealthy to consume that amount!

Hello Yes there are plenty of ingredient kits that do not required additional sugar, VinClasse Black Box Kits for example. however all wine kits, beer kits or wine and beer in general are made by fermenting sugars, either by adding sugar as with the Winebuddy kits or from the natural sugars found in grape juice concentrate

I sterilise old screw top wine bottles and use them instead of buying bottles. U also need an airlock for your fermenter. brewuk.co.uk, do starter kits. Get a 30 bottle one
