If you have an older car or one without Apple play and love to listen to podcast and audiobooks this is the device for you! It works so well and was very easy to set up! I love that I can easily take out and move it to another of our older vehicles in less than a minute! Because of the insanely low price I’m going to buy a couple more! I recently purchased the 7-inch Portable Car Screen to upgrade the infotainment system in my 2015 Toyota Corolla, which has a defective display. I was eager to enjoy the convenience of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto without diving into complicated wiring, and this device fit the bill perfectly, especially since my family uses both Android and Apple devices. The setup was a breeze. If you’re familiar with your settings menu, you won’t encounter any issues getting this device up and running. It’s truly plug-and-play, which I appreciate. The display quality is good enough for my needs. Everything is well-lit, though I did find that the automatic brightness adjustment doesn't work as well as I hoped. I ended up manually adjusting it, but it’s a minor inconvenience. When it comes to CarPlay and Android Auto, this screen performs excellently. It connects quickly and responds well to my commands. I even set up a shortcut on my phone to automatically launch CarPlay when this device connects via Bluetooth, making it super convenient. Plus, the fact that it’s wireless is a game-changer! The sound quality is passable, considering the price. I tried both the aux and FM methods for audio playback. The FM option does have a bit of static, but it’s not noticeable at higher volumes and sounds better than the aux method. One of the standout features for me is its ease of use. It’s straightforward to set up and operate, making it perfect for anyone looking to enhance their driving experience without breaking the bank. There are a couple of drawbacks, though. The touchscreen responsiveness could be improved; it’s not as snappy as I’d like, but given the price, it’s understandable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this portable car screen. It has made my daily commute much more enjoyable, and it’s a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking to enhance their car's infotainment system without spending a fortune!

It works wonderfully if you follow the directions!!! Have the phone and the plug in receiver 12 inches apart to avoid your CarPlay from rebooting. No issues with sound if you find the right static channel. Luckily there plenty to choose from.

I've had Android Auto in several of my vehicles over the past few years and I really like having it available. Unfortunately I also love my 2013 Ford F-250 which didn't come with Android Auto installed. Bummer! So, I thought I'd take a chance on this one. The price was attractive and with easy Amazon returns, what did I have to lose. Of all the Android Auto units I've set up, this is by far the easiest one to do! I'm not going to get into the nitty picky details on how to do it. You can read other reviews about that. Just take my word that it was just super easy and works right off the bat. I'm using an unused FM radio channel for audio. And it auto connects to your phone when you start the vehicle. Can't get any simpler than that. Because it has a built-in FM transmitter, the audio quality is excellent. Touch screen is very responsive. Bright, clear and sharp display. I don't have a lot more to say about except I am extremely happy with it! I don't have an Apple phone, so I couldn't check out the Car Play version of it but I'm sure it works just as well. Oh, and one bonus..... It has a screen mirroring function. It will play videos from your phone directly to it. Only use this while you're parked of course. I recommend ordering one and given to the shot!

Love the flexibility for mounting unit. It does randomly turns on and off. BIG LETDOWN!! For that reason woodnt recommend!

It works good. But it will not stay put. It falls and the first day the holder broke. Will not buy again.

I have an 2004 car that did not have Andriod Auto or any other modern applications. I could order a new head unit that would update the factory unit for over $1,200 plus installation. I decided to give this a try instead and am I glad I did. The installation is a breeze. Just plug the unit in and follow the instructions on the screen. After a simple pairing with my phone and updating Android Auto on the app store, the connection was made. Since my car does not have an auxiliary input, I set up the FM transmitter. I was skeptical that it would work well as I have tried other transmitters in the past. Boy, was I surprised, the audio clarity is very good. It reminds me of HD Radio quality. Now, I simply jump in the car and plug the unit in and in about 10 seconds, it connects to my phone and displays the Android Auto screen. I unplug the unit from the cigarette lighter when I turn the car off since mine is always on even when car is turned off. If your car turns your cigarette lighter off when the car is off, no need to unplug. I am very happy with the installation capabilities as my dash is short and the suction cup holder extends far enough to make the screen sit low and not block the windshield. I included some pictures to show how it all looks.

Seems to be so many of these to pick from, so I took a shot on this one. Works exactly as you'd expect. I added this to a street-legal golf cart, and wanted something that wouldn't wash out in the sun. It is just as bright as the included backup camera and the $400 radio screen, which is great. As far as function, it seems to have everything. I can even have my phone mirror to the device while still connecting to the car's stereo via Bluetooth. It reconnects properly each time, no need to choose anything on my phone, the stereo or this device. Love it. Finally, there are a few cool touches to note that I didnt realize. One, the spare USB charger built into the power cord - cool. Also, the suction cup has an added layer of sticky tape / glue on it. This should help it hold to the windshield. Just be sure you know exactly where you want it before you stick it up! All in all, good value, easy to install and easy to use.
