Terrible product - doesn’t work
Strongly advise against this product. I bought the remote because my original had gotten chewed up by my dog and no longer works. The shipping was quick and I was excited to have a new working remote.. first major issue was that the remote came with absolutely no directions. I backtracked to check my order & Amazon webpage for instructions & still nothing. Spent hours trying everything I could for programming a universal remote. This model and make didn’t work with any universal remote guides.Fast forward a day later, I went to Target & bought a $9 universal remote since I was fed up. Still required programming, but came with simple directions, and was setup for my TV in less than 3 minutes.Long story short, this product is a waste of time and money. Does not operate as a universal remote..
