I love it!! The product arrived on time. I have been using it every night while watching TV since it arrived. It is easy to use and easy to clean. It has fallen from my tray table several times without breaking. It has a clear clean appearance and large numbers which are easy to read. My lung strength has improved. I am planning a trip with my family this summer. I am very pleased with my increased lung strength over the last few months. I will keep using this nightly and hope to be able to keep up with the family without getting short of breath.

This was just what I needed. I'm going in for surgery and the Surgeon said I would need to do breathing exercises so I could increase my lung capacity. This is well made and is very easy to use. Just what the doctor called for!

I do like the concept of this product, it definitely makes me enjoy doing breathing exercises more. It is very easy to set up too, all you need to do is connect the tube with the product itself. With the amount of money that I was paying, I do think this is worth it. A very interesting lung training product.

Earlier this year I had liquid in my lungs and after getting it drained my breathing hasn't really been the same. My doctor told me after getting my lung screening and saw that left lung was a bit collapsed on a bit on the side he said I should get one of these to help improve my breathing and my lungs. The size is perfect and not as big as I thought it would be. It's great to carry on the go when I need to carry it out for long trips. I've used it today and set a small goal for myself and I see why my doctor wanted me to get this. Just after one usage I was able to feel a difference in my breathing. It works like a charm! I highly recommend this to anyone!

When I had surgery last year the hospital provided one of these to help improve my breathing and prevent pneumonia that one was much harder to blow through than this one. I found with this one it wasn't to hard to hit the max value even with lungs that aren't in great shape atm. I needed it to be more challenging. Thankfully there is an easy modification you can make! If you get some double sided tape or just make a loop using regular tape you can test attach coins to the underside of the big blue piston. I found attaching a quarter plus a penny was just right for me. Once I figured out how much extra weight I liked I just used superglue to attach the coins in a permanent way. It's a little fiddly since the piston moves but if you invert it you can drop the coins in and position them. Just be careful to not get glue on the cylinder walls! Other than the difficultly level, once fixed this works great!

This spirometer was so easy to use and effective at doing my breathing exercises. This is a really important device when you have respiratory illness. I like how the hose was detachable and easy to clean.
