Itโs really bright!
I can confirm the need for the goggles, however I donโt use them. I just try not to turn it on until itโs in my mouth. So far I am very pleased with my results.. in less than a month, I believe it has stimulated healing where my gums were tender.

The seller was very responsible . I communicated with them about product issues and I am satisfied with use of the red light. Because I need a red light to take care of my gums . This self-disinfecting product is a great idea. Highly recommend
