I purchased these for my son who is VERY active with sports but absolutely HATES any type of electrolyte, hydration drink or mix in! These are indeed flavorless, and help his body to recover as fast as a regular sports drink.

Received this product as a sample at a few races and finishing a 13 mile section a started to cramp and took a few packets and my cramp went away so fast. Since then I carry these on every races! Game changer for people who cramp

These individual snap and go packets are so easy to throw in the gym bag. Just snap them open and empty the liquid contents into my hydro flask water bottle. They are almost tasteless, just a touch of saltiness like you’d expect out of any similar product. You probably wouldn’t notice if you mixed it with juice.Definitely recommend

These little packets are easy to use. Simply bend them over your drink and let the liquid pour in. Each Packet contains a single use amount of liquid trace minerals for about a liter of water. If you use a regular or large reusable water bottle, it will be easy to add the electrolytes and give you a good nutrient to water ratio. Don't use the standard disposable plastic water bottles simply because they don't hold a liter of water and their tiny screw top opening makes it hard to add the liquid.The electrolytes add a minute sweet-salty taste to water, that is expected, but is barely noticeable. If you add it to a juice or other flavored beverage, you probably won't know the difference. The packets are easy to use, lightweight, and convenient to carry. You could probably stow some in a baggie and and carry them with you on your adventures.
