These Himalayan Salt Chunks are HUGE! The devil is always in the details, and I clearly wasn't reading the details when I ordered these for my new salt grinder. When this showed up a day later with my other orders, I was so amazed! Instead of returning them, I went right to the reviews to see what others had to say. I can use them for brushing my teeth, intermittent fasting, and more! Thank you for my beautiful salt rocks and some education. My husband's going to take one of the larger rocks into school to display in his middle school science class, one is going into the bathroom to help with periodontal disease, and maybe, just maybe I'll lick one every now and then when I'm hungry. But the rest of them will get beaten down to size for my grinder. Well worth the money! I will come right back here when I need more salt. ~ A VERY statisfied customer.

They stopped selling my Himalayan salt rocks for my wax warmer at Walmart. So I thought to myself, how hard could it be to make my own. So I bought these with the intention of breaking them up into smaller pieces for my wax warmer. This is exactly what I did. I put them into a zip lock and used a hammer to break them up. After there was salt fine enough to use for my cooking as well. When I tell you this is the best tasting salt I have ever tasted. I buy Himalayan salt all the time from the store. But it doesn’t taste anything like this. Me and the whole household are obsessed. I will be making my own salt for cooking from now on. This is a must buy. Even if they are too big you can break them down. So there really is nothing to complain about.

The Himalayan Pink Salt Chunks are exactly what I hoped for—large and perfect for my needs! I love using them to create saltwater jars for daily gargling. Very impressed with free next day shipping.I looked for quite a while for either Tibetan Rose Salt or Himalayan pink salt as I wanted both biggish chunks and a few smaller chips. So glad I found these at a good price & on arrival this packet had both :)Someone mentioned that the packet says 'Made in China', as if that was a bad thing, but I researched a bit & the Himalayas run through Nepal, China, Pakistan, Bhutan and India so I don't see a problem.The label says "OULLYY Himalayan Pink 1.9 Lbs Bag of Chunks' I see OULLYY is the brand name.The salt is more orange than pink & there is also a little salt powder in the bag, probably due to being a bit crushed in shipping. I'd guess about 15 chunks of various shapes & sizes, true to the description, plus some smaller chips that are quite light in color. I'm very happy with them all. :)

I used it for making pickles which came great. 4 pieces for 2 gallons of water. I like the taste of chunk salt than fine-grind salt for pickles.tips: it takes more time to dissolve in water so before adding the pickles stuff first add chunks of salt to the warm water I provided for the pickles then stir it and leave it to completely dissolve and then pure in the containers.Compared to the finest grind Himalayan salt is more expensive.
