Is it really only 30 washes in this 5ltr bottle??!

My bottle says 150 washes. Lasts me ages and it's good stuff.

For how long this would last for the family of 7 with 2 washes per day?

You only need a little. I do 4/5 washes a week and have used about half of it over 3 months. Buy a pump top for the container, 2-3 pumps in a small laundry liquid ball does the job well. Recommend

What is the diameter and "thread finish" of the cap? It is very difficult to find a pump that fits without knowing these things.

Cap is 40mm wide by 20mm deep. The bottle neck is 25mm deep by 38mm including thread. Faith in Nature supply a pump on their website.

Does this contain pthalates?

The ingredients listed on both Amazon and the Faith in Nature site are as follows: Aqua (Water) Laureth-7* Sodium citrate* Sodium palmate** Sodium cocoate* and/or Sodium palm kernelate** Aloe barbadensis leaf juice** Rosmarinus officinalis leaf oil* Glycerin* Sodium chloride Sodium carbonate Limonene*. *Plant derived. **=Certified sustainable origin. The website also states "Non Biological – contains no Enzymes, Parabens, Phosphates or Bleaches." There is no mention of phthalate, DEP, DBP, DEHP or fragrance, so it seems safe to assume there are no pthalates involved.
