The shelf is great looking and very easy to assemble.

I experienced 5 pieces missing from my first order so i made it into a 4 shelf bookcase. Once i notified Amazon i was sent another. Loved how simple it was to put together and amazed at how great it fit in the space i needed to fill.

Beautiful piece

Jarhetun made an interesting metal bookshelf that is buildable from a rather short box. The construction consists of easy to follow instructions and long and short poles that screw together interspersed with wooden planks for shelving. All hardware screws/bolts had 1 extra piece in case of lass. The LED strip was well-packed in a separate bag, which is an optional add once the shelving is completed. All tools to fasten hardware are included, making the kit a good deal for anyone without proper workshop tools.It took less than 15 minutes to put the shelf together, and a couple minutes to align the light strip properly. The light strip is a single strip with plug, so you have to decide which leg the plug will go behind. The length of the strip (if carefully placed) is exactly the length of the bar frame from the back of the shelf.Once complete, the four feet are adjustable for unlevel surfaces. I was able to put this securely on vinyl and carpeted floors, adjusting the feet slightly on carpet such that the bookshelf was at a very shallow angle towards the wall. This allowed for no forward rocking motion and if rocked forward would fall back towards the wall.The LED lights are bright and the color light is designed to highlight the shelves and whatever is on them. You can see from the photo that the light really doesn't extend past the edges of the bookshelf, making this a rather unique view. All colors of the LED spectrum are offered, although I did not get the app to work to change the lights remotely.Overall, a very good budget level bookshelf for the price. I'm thinking of buying a second one to match. I highly recommend!

Easy to assemble good quality very tall I’m 5’7 it’s maybe a inch or two taller than me I love it.

However, once you get past that, the unit comes together quite sturdily. It looks nice and has a streamlined aesthetic that fits well with modern decor. For a nearly 5.5-foot bookcase, it’s relatively lightweight, making it easy to move around if needed.DESIGN and FEATURES: The integrated backlighting adds a nice touch to the overall look. The lights can be controlled via the LOTUS app on your phone. While the app works well, I do wish there was an actual remote for those who prefer not to add another app to their phone. Additionally, it would be great if the lights could be linked to Alexa or Google Assistant for more seamless control.USABILITY: You can change the basic colors of the lights using the switch on the LED strip, but this design could use some improvement. Having to reach down to the floor to change the light is not very convenient. It would be much better if there was a way to control the lights from one of the upper shelves.DURABILITY: The lights adhere fairly well to the back frame, and there’s enough to cover the entire area. I hope they last a long time, but if they don’t, they seem inexpensive enough to replace.OVERALL: This is a nice bookcase that can be transformed into a showcase with its various light features, while its minimalist frame still won’t overwhelm the room.

Very easy to assemble and seems to be good quality. The lights are perfect addition to it but the adhesive on them do not stay very well so I recommend different adhesive.

This 6-tier bookshelf fits perfectly in my living room and adds a modern touch to the space. The built-in LED lights are a cool feature, making it stand out even more. Assembly was straightforward, and once it was put together, it felt very sturdy. It’s tall and narrow, which worked well for the limited space I had. Overall, it’s both functional and stylish, and I’m very happy with the purchase.
