How does your carbon fiber bow compare to a Coda brand carbon fiber bow, which is so much more expensive?

I recently did a bow trail of the Codabows and here's how I felt it stacked up: Codabow Diamond SX Fiddlerman Bow Codabow Diamond NX And this was with my Fiddlerman bow in DIRE need of a rehair. It felt better than the NX, which is a $400 bow, and only slightly worse than the SX, which is a $500-600 bow. I was able to get almost as much response out of the Fiddlerman to the SX. I will say that the Codabows have nicer components in the frog, the wrap, the winding, and the screw, but I don't feel like they have $360+ better components. I will say I also tried the Luma, but the rehair on my trial Luma was a botch, so I'm not really going to compare it.

How would you rate the stiffness of this bow?

We feel this bow is pretty strong. It is smooth across the strings and has just enough flexibility without bottoming out.

I do not see a 4/4 full size bow listed. Is it not in stock?

We're hoping to have this listing back up and running soon. Amazon closed it by what we believe was a mistake.

Beautiful, simple, and lightweight bow. It has good balance. It makes it easier to play or practice longer. Love the all black look. The white synthetic hair is something to get used to. The only negative thing I can find is applying rosin on them. We tried our favorite light rosin and didn't really stick too well. The dark rosin worked better, but not enough. So we followed the light sanding instruction. That did the trick. Still had to use dark rosin as the base and applied light rosin before playing. The sound it produced is almost indistinguishable from real horse hair. No complaints. The ease of use makes up for the almost imperceptible sound difference. It's not the braided carbon fiber that many would assume. It's not in the description. But the plain flat black look is very elegant. It comes with a nice warranty so I'm not worried about longevity. It's priced a little higher than the generic carbon fiber bows, but this one has the synthetic fiber and we really wanted to try it. So far, so good.
