Works but there are others which I've found easier to use.

They do work well but I found them to be rather small to handle with my arthritic hands would have been happier with half the amount but larger fish other than this they are very good at helping with threading your needle.

These are simple and can be used to thread a needle even when you cant really see the eye very easily.To use one, you take the needle eye end and slot it into the threading device allowing the hook to poke through the eye.Use the hook to nip onto the thread and pull the needle off the hook which should also pull the thread through the eye.It takes a couple of goes to get the hook through on tiny needle eyes.Quite good.They cant cope with all thicknesses of needle , the very thickest needles would be a struggle to get into the slot but other than that they are quite effective and better than the loop type of threaders that can take an age to manage to get the loop into the eye.Ever so handy for your mending kits.
