Does the display work properly when connected using a mobile phone?

The port of the mobile phone device should support USB 3.0, and the state of the connected mobile phone is vertical screen mode, and it can only be switched to horizontal screen mode when playing video.

Why is the display image stretched?

The monitor has a default 16:10 ratio, if your device output is 16:9, please adjust the monitor to 16:9 as well. The adjustment method is as follows: Select Menu > Other Settings > Size Ratio Settings > Automatic Matching.
