This is easily one of the worst creatine supplements I’ve tried. Took it consistently as recommended and saw absolutely ZERO results no strength gain, no pump, no endurance, nothing. It honestly feels like a complete waste of money. Either the quality is very poor or the product is not genuine, because real creatine actually works. Strongly not recommended. Don’t waste your money on this.
