when I bought this it sounded great. Good spec HD recording, night vision, etc! but, when I got it I tried following the instructions which just seemed to make no sense. However, I used a bit of savvy and finally worked out what im supposed to be doing but after downloading the App that goes with this camera and spending a great deal of time going through all the settings and generally messing around for a long time I finally worked out that nothing I did or said was going to get that camera working so I just asked for a refund which I have to say, Amazon just issued right there on the spot, so good on 'em for that.The ONLY thing that the manufacturers need to do in my opinion is to reprint the entire instruction manual into something that is intelligible and not in pidgin English. I am not having a go at the Chinese, as I have bought plenty of stuff from China that I 'm very happy with. All i' m saying is that regardless of where you live, there's no excuse for selling something where no-one can understand the instructs or work out how to operate the item. Just keep it simple everyone's a winner.
