I've been grilling and smoking meats for years, and the Drip EZ Collapsible BBQ Prep Tub has quickly become my go-to tool for all things prep-related. I picked up the XL version in orange about two months ago, and it's transformed how I handle everything from marinating ribs to chopping veggies for sides. The collapsible design is genius – it expands to a spacious tub when I need it for big batches, like prepping for a family barbecue, but folds down flat for easy storage in my crowded garage. No more bulky containers taking up space! The built-in cutting board is super sturdy and convenient; I can trim brisket right on it without switching surfaces, and it cleans up easily. I bought the junior and original size in these tubs since I often marinade meats overnight and also use BBQ rubs for some when BBQing that are left on overnight. Previous to getting these tubs, I used plastic bags for marinating which sometimes didn't go well when the bags had mini holes in them. Using this method, I sometimes had to clean the refrigerator after juices leaked from the bags. At least for me, it is sometimes difficult to imagine sizes for some products from measurements that may or may not be accurate. So, I opted to buy the junior and original sizes to begin with thinking I could get the largest size if needed. I'm glad I didn't get the largest size as it would not have fit in my refrigerator. One of my pictures show how much larger the original size is than the junior size. The junior size is the one with 2 chickens. I'm glad didn't get the XL size as it would not have fit in my refrigerator. It may be good for something that doesn't have to be refrigerated, but I wouldn't have a use for it. So, what do I love about these BBQ Prep Tubs? 1) The junior size is large enough to fit 2 4.5 chickens (as pictured). The original size is much larger and will barely fit in one of my refrigerators for curing fresh ham steaks that I times do. 2) These tubs are so easy to clean. A little warm soap and water is all it takes. 3) These tubs can be folded flat for storage and take so much less space for storage then plastic bins that don't flatten. 4) The height of these tubs have two levels in addition to the flat storage level. So, the tubs can be set at a lower level for foods that do not require height, such as steaks and some roasts. 5) Using the cutting boards on these tubs collects more juices than cutting boards with channels for juice collection. This is one feature that I love. I have cutting boards with the channels for juice collection, but most often, I have to keep paper towels handy in an effort to keep the juices of meat from running onto the counter. Most often these efforts are futile and I still have to clean a greasy mess on the counter and the underside of the cutting board. 6) The original size will be plenty large for curing up to 10 fresh ham steaks. In the past, I used a storage bin that required a lot more storage space. These Prep Tubs are so much easier to use and store than the alternatives. I hope this review was helpful for you.

These things are so cool! Best idea ever. I love the versatility, I love the size, ease of use, ease of storing, ease of cleaning. Especially when my husband uses it, no more seasoning all over the counter! I bought the original size and it’s huge! Bought 3 more to gift. Thank you EZ Drip! Ordered this for hubs. He loves this thing. It’s compactible and takes up very little space. It’s big enough for a full brisket and it is easy to use and clean. I love how it contains all the mess in one place. Cons- Like all collapsible containers, it’s sturdy enough for what it’s supposed to do but not as sturdy as a non-collapsible container

Love this cutting board + collapse-able tub for smoking briskets, ribs, and other meats. It fit a full packer brisket without issue. Love the tub and lid, as it made adding rubs a breeze without spilling all over the kitchen counter, as well as the locking lid for an overnight dry-brine. This feels sturdy, handles were great, and seems like a great price for the quality. The only trick I've had to adjust with this is how to wash it in my sink - its so large it doesn't easily fit. But that is something I'm willing to put up with so I'm not cleaning my entire kitchen counter every phase of the smoke.

After viewing these on tik tok, my husband NEEDED to have one. He makes a mess every time he seasons the meat or marinates. This has made it super easy to meal prep, host, cut, marinate and keep a clean space! Very sturdy and easy to use. Cleaning is simple. Air drying or towel drying works best after handwashing to ensure all crevices are thoroughly dry. Seal is fantastic. I will say unfortunately a friend was cutting a steak on the board, the knife went too far and punctured the rubber. We were unable to get a refund or return and switch it for a new one so I bought another. It works out still, one can be a serving dish or plain cutting board and the other can be used for everything else.

My Dad absolutely loved this! It’s nice a sturdy, easy to clean. It’s deep enough for large quantities of food (meat, vegetables etc) we love how versatile it is! It also keeps bugs out if you’re outdoors cooking. The colors also match the pictures shown. The seal on the lid also is really nice making sure things don’t go bad as you prep your other food.

Husband loves it. Was best gift he got at Christmas.

Great product. I got the largest size available. It makes it easy to season ribs, wings, hams, turkeys, chickens and anything else I'm cooking in large quantities while containing the mess and making for an easy cleanup afterwards. If you find yourself smoking/cooking large quantities with any regularity I cannot recommend this product enough.
