The marble on this tray is not as vivid or clean-lined as the photos. It looks pretty dull in person. The "purple" is more grayish. I don't think it is sealed, which could be another issue. I like the idea of it, but I think I need to seal it and see if it looks any better then.

This product was provided to me for a Vine review in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion. The item that I’m reviewing today is a marble tray measuring slightly under 12” x 8” which normally sells for about $70.00 but is currently on sale for about $56.00 (as of April 2025). This tray is indeed genuine marble, with a beautiful brown-and-white swirl of veins and a satisfying heft to it. The one thing that disappointed me about this item, although not enough to deduct any stars in my review, was that there were a couple of spots which were missed during the polishing and finishing stage of production, where the surface texture feels grittier and grainier than the rest of the smooth, polished surface. This could easily be due to an imperfection in the marble, which is, after all, a natural material, but at this price point I feel like the product should be made of slab with no major imperfections and be checked for complete finishing before being sold. That said, I’m really only talking about one or two small spots, and this item is definitely a nice piece which I will display proudly. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for an exquisite stoneware tray, especially at current sale pricing.

100 Stars for this absolutely stunning piece of art. I wasn’t expecting this marble tray to be this big, for the price that’s incredible. The tray itself is very heavy, beautifully cut and the colors are gorgeous. This marble tray has so many different functions I am not sure yet what to use it for. Some of my ideas are a perfume tray, a centerpiece for kitchen table with candles, a spa tray with Reed diffuser and rolled towels, or even to display my crystal collection. It would make a show stopping charcuterie board as well! I am really impressed with the quality and design of this. It came securely packaged and properly protected during the shipping process. I will definitely purchase more marble items from this seller, these are truly pieces of art!
