This is my first toaster and this one easily makes toasts. It is easy to clean and one added advantage is the auto cutoff feature, although it is not timed. Just make sure you clean it well before stacking it especially in a cupboard, else you run a risk of mold formation. For a small device, it is exceptionally hot. I can make 2 medium sandwiches side by side

Product quality is very poor. Light plastic used. Prone to damage very soon. Handle, locking mechanism, and 180 lock, all seem flimsy.Will use the product and update the performance.
