Bike fits, rides well, easy assembly
Important thing to know about getting an eBike, make sure you research what the real height ranges are. This one is a good fit for me at 6'2". If you're under 5'4", it's a stretch. The bike arrived packaged well. Assembly is easy, even easier when watching the video. You get all you need, minus a helmet. Riding on rough terrain is no problem, it gives a smooth ride. I haven't have to run through all the or many of the gears. This has all sorts of power, even in the low ranges. This bike has a lot great features, the lights, the "instrument panel" rear bike rack and mounting points for a front basket/rack give a lot of functionality for this. The lights are brighter than you may think, and provide additional safety at night/low light. All in all, a good bike. These are not light weight. They do fold/unfold easily.

Great bike
This bike has been essential to my everyday use. Very thankful that I have been able to get this bike. I am able to ride to and from work and also enjoy it for leisure purposes as well.

Best e-bike for the money
My electric bike was so easy to set up and assemble. The video sections were step by step and clouded be more clear. Took 25 minutes to complete set up. The big tires provide a comfortable ride and the ease of switching gears was seamless. Comfortable seat and so easy to fold up. The construction of the bike is top notch. Strong metal frame, amazing paint job and color choices for everyone.

Easy assembly
Easy to assemble, bike runs great. The bike was almost fully assembled , just had to install the seat, handlebars and front wheel.

FUN, FAST, FUNCTIONAL, FANTASTIC
I haven't bought an ebike before, so I can't compare it to others, but I like this one, seems stable, has a lot of power, and looks great. A little hard to get used to pedaling and having the power kick in at the same time. Look forward to driving it many places, but one thing is for sure, it is fun to ride....

Poor quality & service
Very poor quality. With just 17 miles on the bike, display panel goes out. Seller is extremely hard to deal with. With just 30 days over return period and with just 17 miles on the bike, seller will not budge for a return. This product is very poor quality & poor customer service, I wouldnโt waste time or money on this bike!
