Super easy to figure out and use. The water/steam heats quickly and the cord is long and thick enough that I don’t worry about it getting tangled, bent or snagged while moving around. Light weight. Plenty of attachments for different projects. Speak design and easy to hold. I do think it would be nice if it came with a docking station that stores the attachments, measuring cup and cord. I saw on their website that they sell one separately but didn’t see that as an option when buying through Amazon. The cloths it came with are also thin so it would feel like you’re getting more value for your money and better prepared to truly use it if it came with more cloths or thicker ones. Perhaps different materials other than just microfiber cloth, like shaggy mopping rags. Otherwise great product and works awesome. I’ve used it on my couches and floors with great results. Can be used delicately or for deep cleaning given the numerous attachments and different steam levels.

I purchased the Waitbird Steamer to perform cleaning around my house. This steamer exceeding my expectations. First it came packaged very nice and easy to assemble. It comes with a measuring cup which made transferring the right amount of water into the steamer with ease. This steamer heated up really fast, less than 5 minutes and I was already cleaning my floors! Then I went on to trying the steamer in the bathroom. When I tell you this steamer is awesome as it cleaned the whole bathroom from top to bottom with ease. The included 21 attachments helps with each tasks from toilets to shower all the to the mirror. This is a versatile and portable steamer that I use indoors as well as outdoors in my vehicles. Dirt and grime lift right up when this powerful little steamer comes in contact. I honestly how I cleaned before i got this steamer. I don’t like using harsh chemicals so helps in every way. I really wished I would have purchased sooner. Thank you Waitbird for a fantastic product. I highly recommend anyone wanting a reliable, versatile and portable steamer to purchase this one.

Short version: Overall, I'm impressed with how much easier/ faster it was to clean the difficult spots on our walls. I wish it came with instructions. Also, that the trigger wasn't quite as difficult to push and that the button to change out attachments wasn't so easy to push by accident. Longer version: This product does seem to work well. It's my first time using a steam cleaner, but I was very impressed. We have English Mastiffs that fling drool all over the place. This steam cleaner took a task that usually takes a lot of scrubbing and made it come right off in a matter of seconds. Some of my complaints. I may just be a bit weak, but the button to push to use it was very difficult to push and when using it for long periods of time, it made my hand ache. That, plus the heat, had both my hands pretty red and sore. Also, the button to switch out the nozzle was actually too easy to push. There was two times that I was using both hands and one would slip causing the nozzle button to be pushed and the steam came back onto my hand. I was not hurt, mostly just startled and dropped it which immediately turned the steam off. So the main button/trigger being difficult to push does have a safely advantage to it, but it makes it a bit difficult to use. My steam cleaner also did not come with any kind of instructions. As an over thinker, it made me intimidated to try it for a while. The small circle scrub brush was easy to get used to for our base boards, but I'm still not sure about the mopping feature or other attachments for that matter.

Use it to clean everything

I have to say this is hands-down my favorite tool to clean! I have cats and kids, so not only do I need something that cleans well, I also need something that is chemical free. Chemical smells tend to bother my kids and cats, so this is the perfect solution. I have other steam mops, but this cleaner stays visibly steaming throughout the house. I have about 1400 sq ft of tile to clean. I do have to stop and refill at least once, but it's pretty simple and easy to refill. If I turned down the steam a little, I could probably clean the tile with one tank. I like being able to see the steam though. There are so many options for tools. I pretty much have a designated tool for each area. I have used it on floors, showers, sinks, toilets, stove, and windows. There is an attachment to steam the carpet. I'm also excited to use it in my kid-mobile to clean up stains and disinfect too. The cloth that comes with the steamer is rather thin, but it still works great for my needs. I could always use thicker microfiber cloths if I have an area of heavier use. So far, I have no complaints with this machine!

Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations. It didn’t perform as well as advertised, and the quality wasn’t what I hoped for. While it may work for some people, it wasn’t a good fit for my needs. I wouldn’t purchase it again. I couldn’t get it back in the box to ship it back fast enough.

bought it after watching tiktok video. I wanted it to clean my couch. It is impossible to clean couch with, it has no suction to remove the water. I used it on grill, it worked so-so. Not loving it. Wouldn't recommend. I did use it on oven and it worked pretty well, but have self clean oven that could do the work. Might be handy in bathroom.

It's amazing. I was hesitant because it wasn't 'name brand' but this steamer is fantastic! It's light weight, easy to carry when you're doing the floor, and easy to move when doing other surfaces in the kitchen etc. I have two dogs, this has cleaned and freshened my floors, and sofa and chair. It heats quickly, the steam is adjustable and it locks the steam on if you want a continuous flow. I find that feature very handy when cleaning my hard floors and windows. You truly cannot go wrong with this steamer, and the price is cheaper than a lot of the 'big names' but this machine will perform just as well or better than the others in this price category. It is a great machine, I have no regrets and neither will you if you're looking fir a quality steamer.

I’m really impressed with the Waitbird steam cleaner! It heats up fast, puts out strong and steady steam, and makes cleaning so much easier — especially for grout, floors, and upholstery. The attachments are well-made and cover just about every surface you can think of. I also love that it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around the house. After one use, my kitchen tiles and bathroom looked brand new. Definitely worth the purchase — highly recommend!

I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first when I was watching the video on this product. After receiving mine and using it for the first time I was blown away by the level of cleanliness and ease of use. The steam is pretty powerful so be sure to use safely. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing a to sanitize/clean your home without the use of harmful chemicals.

Amazing product and easy to use. I used it immediately after receiving it. It cleaned the sofa very well. The product was well packed and has all the nozzles, brush and other utilities to clean the corners. Works well with floor and tiles.

This steamer is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I’ve used it on my ceilings and walls, and it makes them look like they’ve been freshly painted. It even helped me remove old paint from the floors after a room makeover. I tackled a grimy kitchen window, and now it’s spotless—completely cleared of built-up dirt and grime. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom—the grout between the tiles has never looked cleaner. This steamer is a total game-changer! Would highly recommend this! It was very easy to set it up and warms up fast - even came with a bunch of cloths and add on scrubbers. Definitely worth the value!
