When I am spending too much time at a task and my upper back begins to pinch between the shoulder blades, I usually have to take a break from my activity. But when wearing the Posture Corrector Back Brace, I can continue may crafting, or cooking, or baking, etc. without feeling any upper back pain. I highly recommend trying this brace!

This brace works well. The straps are very padded. The padding is quite thick and does kind of press on the front of the armpit though. I did find that when I put the back brace in a lower position as well as pulled the padding up higher on the shoulder, that it helps relieve pressure on the armpit. It is not painful, just cumbersome when the pad is in the lower position and the strap under the arm is in a higher position. I believe that if there was a strap pulling that down towards the bottom of the brace in the back that it would be even more comfortable. This is not a no-show brace, but it does give good support. Bulky at the shoulders, but I did want that area padded. I did try another brace prior to this, and it had absolutely no padding and was extremely uncomfortable.Overall, I would recommend this, but it’s not something you’re going to be able to wear without it being noticed or under clothes.

The brace is made ok. It is elastic and adjustable, and it has a thin aluminum bar in the back for support. I was able to put it on, but it did not fit me well. I am male 5' 10 and 190lbs. I do lift weights, but I am not "huge." The brace did not cover most of my back like the picture of the woman on the box. It was about halfway down my back. I could feel some support, but to be honest, I was hoping for something that would "pull" my shoulders back and help with my posture at my desk. It was too uncomfortable for me, but if I had a smaller frame, it may have performed and fit better. Thus, my review is based on my body size or for anyone who would be bigger.

The back brace arrived with easy-to-follow instructions. Initially, it felt itchy and uncomfortable under my clothing, so I wore it on the outside. During the first week, I experienced som stomace discomfort, possible due to wrapping it too tightly. But, this was resolved by the second week.After experimenting and finding a proper fit, I noticed a significant improvement in my posture as I kept using it. However, it's important to use it consistently, or the benefits may quickly fade.

I used it for a few days now, It feels good. I like it is flexible and adjustable. Also, the material is very sturdy and durable. It is easy to wear. It provides me a support as well, I stood a long time for my job so this helped a lot with my back pain as well. So far so good and I will keep using it.
