We feel cheated as we have placed order for ten 5" mattresses trusting the brand but found that none was upto the description and we received mostly 3 inch and about two 4 inch mattresses. We are very disappointed and felt cheated by the brand Dr Smith

The product is advertised as 5 inches, but it’s actually only 4 inches. It also seems to use cheap memory foam, which makes it very hard. If you're planning to buy this, I would recommend going to the market instead, where you can find the same thing for around 1.5k. Very disappointed

No matching to the specifications shown. Couldn't able to return the product. Waste of money spent on the product. Advise others not to be cheated like me.

This mattress is too hard to sleep on tired for a day and it was like sleeping on a wooden ground or hard ground. Could not recommend this .Quality wise I don't like it.

It is 4 inch, not 5 inch, the outer cover of the mattress is so thin, so we should be careful.I got it for 2499 rs, Only price is better. Now they increased price that being said I can not buy another one.Looking for other companies.

Matrial of product is low catogery .tear and groove of foam is seen and some side tear repair by solution.stiching of cover cloth is bad and wrong propertion.

Matress quality is not okay but you mentioned 5 inches and sent 4 inches matress which is totally wrongDon’t cheat people
