After five months of constant use, still loving this purse
I ordered this purse late in November, 2019. I had read some reviews that it wasn't very durable and the zippers weren't great. I really liked the look of it and the price was so reasonable that I ordered it anyway. And I have not regretted it at all. I am not easy on my purses. They are overstuffed, set down on the floor, set beside me on a chair and my cat decides it's a bed and it has held up to all of that. I have had designer bags, that of course I love, but this purse looks so good and in terms of practicality, this is my favorite purse that I have ever owned. I love the two tiny outside vertical pockets. One is for my car keys and one is for hand sanitizer (I had no clue how important that would be when I ordered the purse in November!) and they are so easy to get to. And the interior has so much storage space. I keep a shocking amount of stuff in my purse and it all fits and the straps can handle the weight. So far, I am really happy with this purse.EDIT: I bought this in April, 2020. It's now September, 2023. This bag is still in heavy rotation, not used every day, but used often, and it's holding up great. All of the things I loved about it, I still love.

Great Bag
Love the color and size. Exactly what I wanted, and it's lightweight, as well. The only complaint, which is a huge pet peeve of mine, is that the shoulder strap underside is too smooth and the bag slides off my shoulder. This is an issue with a lot of bags, particularly cheap ones, and it makes the bag uncomfortable to carry. I usually wear cross body bags for this reason, but I wanted a shoulder bag for the winter. Not sure if I'm going to keep it because the sliding is so irritating.EDIT: After using the bag a few days, the underside of the shoulder strap has creased, so now there is some friction and the bag stays on my shoulder. Love it!

Nice bag, roomy and sturdy
The bag was delivered today. It was packaged well for shipping and arrived as scheduled. I really like this bag! I chose the coffee color and it's a deep, rich brown that looks pretty much true to that in the ad. It's soft and somewhat supple, but not so much that it just collapses in on itself when not filled with stuff.Love the size! It's large enough to hold as much as I'll ever need to have with me at once in my bag, plus a little more, such as a small, folded umbrella. A zippered bag runs through the center of the inside, creating two separate compartments on either side. On one side there’s a small zippered pocket, and on the other side are a couple of open pockets. There’s a zippered compartment on the outside back which is plenty large enough to comfortably hold my phone and not create a struggle getting it out when I need it. There are zippered pockets on both sides of the bag that are large enough to fit one hand into, just up to my wrist.I am concerned about the zippers on this bag. There’s a gap in the largest one that keeps it from zipping all the way up. Right now it zips far enough that I don’t ‘think’ it will work it’s way open, but can't tell yet. Each of the zippers sticks a little, then works smoothly. I’m going to use the bag for a few days and see how the zippers do. If they seem sturdy and don’t present any problems I’ll keep the bag, otherwise, I’ll return it for an exchange if necessary.I’m really looking forward to using this bag! It’s perfect for when I need something larger and will pair well with jeans or something a little dressier. I just hope the zippers hold up well.

LOVE IT!
I knew I was taking a chance purchasing something online without seeing it,but this was a great purchase. I love this purse, it is exactly what I was looking for. I love that it has a shoulder strap and a cross body strap, that's probably one of my favorite features. I also love the color and how soft it is. The side zip pockets are a little difficult to zip back up so I don't use them much, but they are nice to have for items I don't need to access often.

Eventually managed to make it look decent
THIS BAG DID NOT LOOK LIKE MY PIC WHEN IT ARRIVED! (Unfortunately I did not take a "before" picture.)I was really excited about this bag--until it arrived. It looked fake and cheesy, and it was very stiff (not slouchy like the pictures.) There were threads sticking out, and the seam on the shorter strap was crooked, revealing the white foam within. I cut the threads and colored the foam with black sharpie to match the bag, but it still looked like a cheap piece of junk.Annoyed at having wasted my money, I decided to try to make it look the way I had expected before conceding defeat. This is how I achieved the look in the photo I attached:First, I scrubbed the bag with rubbing alcohol using a rag (which is now quite gray.) This supposedly removes the telltale shine of fake leather.Next, I used sandpaper to distress the surface. I tried to mimic the way the bag would naturally wear, but I got bored and just kinda gave it a decent scrubbing. Then I wiped it down with rubbing alcohol again.By this time the color was more of a charcoal than black, and I had abused the "leather" so severely I was worried it would crack and flake. I proceeded to treat it with mink oil to restore the color and protect the material. This made the bag black and shiny again, only this time it actually looked like leather. Somehow, the alcohol and mink oil had the added benefit of softening the material, and now the bag slouches the way I had initially hoped!I'm giving this product three stars because the foam was showing, the zippers are stiff and awkward, and it took a lot of work to make it look good. I'm pretty happy with the bag now (in my perfect world the hardware would be silver, not gold), but only time will tell it it holds up well. If it doesn't, I can likely blame its premature demise on a combination of my maltreatment and shoddy workmanship. To avoid having to expend this effort, allow me to suggest the following:-Get the brown version. I've never seen it in person, and it's probably also on the stiff side, but the color variation gives it a more realistic/"lived-in" look.-Get the black version, hope it's not defective, and either lower your expectations or prepare to put in a bit of work. Of course, our tastes may vary and it may turn out to be exactly what you hoped for. Good luck!
