You need this! It’s work great. Being able to wear it and move around is perfect! Stays charged for a long time and it gets HOT! The side that touches your skin is soft and cushioned. Definitely provides relief!

The heat level is great and it heats up fast, it’s comfortable to wear and easy to use. Seems high quality and durable as far as I can tell, and it charges relatively quickly. You’re supposed to wear it over a thin layer which isn’t always easy, so a thicker pad might be good. In terms of occasional use for period pain I think it’s great and for that reason I’m giving 5 stars. However because I have constant pain I have to work around some issues, so I thought I’d explain for others in the same position. It turns off every half hour which is irritating (if probably sensible) and I don’t notice till it starts cooling. Given that I’m starting it so often it’s a bit annoying that it doesn’t remember the last heat setting. It also doesn’t last more than a few hours with constant use, so I’ve ended up buying two- the good news is that one will charge in the time it takes for the other to run down. So I would recommend it but bear that lot in mind.

I really like this unit! It heats up instantly, and the lowest setting is usually more than adequate. The heating pad measures 8 inches wide, which is wider than many others. Not only does it cover a broader range on the body, the heat is actually spread out over a wider area and not so concentrated in the middle, as in another brand I also purchased. And being wider, it's more versatile in that it can be worn for back pain, as well I'm still getting used to the unit and it is extremely comfortable. When it turns itself off after 30 minutes, I forget I'm even wearing it. It's solid and very well made. And, unlike the more popular brands, this one has a comprehensive digital display, which makes it easier to adjust and more user-friendly. Most important, though is its ability to reduce the severity of pain, and it does so while enabling mobility. It's also thin enough to wear discreetly when away from home. I haven't yet used the vibration feature, so can't comment other than it is loud enough to be heard from across a quiet room. I'm very satisfied with this product!
