This swaddle is great if you’re using the snoo in the winter months. It’s like putting a comforter over you baby instead of a sheet. The material is very soft too. The only downside is that it shrunk in the wash so the baby grew out of it very quickly. We wish we sized up so it would last longer.

The weight of this swaddle is great. Unfortunately the hook and loop closure of the interior swaddle portion (the Velcro) is not strong enough and pops loose repeatedly even though my baby is very much within the weight size guide for the swaddle. The comforter fabric itself doesn’t have the stretch to it that the traditional SNOO sacks do, and I think for the swaddle area that’s part of the problem. They would likely work better if the interior swaddle and crotch strap were the more elastic fabric, and just the outside were the thicker comforter fabric. I am having to purchase a separate arms only swaddle to use along with this one now because of the defect. If your child sleeps arms out, this won’t be a problem for you. But to be prematurely awakened at night because my child got her hands free — while she is in an expensive device intended to prolong sleep — is extremely frustrating.
