Bad Printer
I did a lot of research when looking to buy an edible printer. I only print maybe once every 7-8 weeks. I decided on this Canon and I"m sorry I did. The printer worked great the first time and never again. The pictures have lines through them and the red hardly prints at all. I've called Canon for support and they walked me through different trouble shooting steps. I've deep cleaned twice, regular cleaned twice and cleaned the bottom plate. I've even removed the print head and cleaned it. I bought new ink cartridges in case the ink was bad. It still doesn't print. Canon said it sounds like a bad print head. Since it is an electronic device it can't be returned so I'm stuck with this printer that does not work unless I want to pay more money for a new print head. Save yourself money and buy a cheap printer and get edible ink cartridges separately. You can buy an ink jet printer anywhere for under $50. This bundle is a waste of money!!!! And yes, I did follow the regular maintenance schedule!

GARBAGE
This printer is the biggest nightmare I've ever experienced. Worked the very first time I used and not since. Bought new cartridges, Cleaner cartridges, everything suggested and it's GARBAGE. Biggest waste of money. And I cant even get my money back!
