I picked this up as a barebones unit and added my own RAM and SSD, and it’s honestly been one of the most surprising pieces of hardware I’ve owned. The short version: it rivals my main gaming PC more than I expected it to. I travel with it regularly because it fits in the same backpack as my work laptop along with a portable monitor... so I effectively have a full gaming setup wherever I go. I wouldn't call it a laptop replacement, it’s more like a portable desktop. Performance has been excellent across everything I’ve thrown at it. With medium to high settings, I’m seeing around ~180 FPS in Fortnite where my much larger desktop (running a 5090 Founders) still has to work harder than I’d like, which honestly surprised me. Arc Raiders runs flawlessly at max settings, and I haven’t run into a single game that felt like a compromise. What stood out just as much as the performance is how well it handles thermals and noise. Even under load, it’s surprisingly quiet for what it is. You can hear the fans, but it never feels like it’s struggling or ramping aggressively. I also went with the barebones option, which I’d recommend if you’re comfortable installing your own components. It was straightforward and gave me more control over the final setup. This probably isn’t for everyone. If you want something to game on battery or expect full desktop-level performance in every scenario, this isn’t that. But if you want a compact, portable system that delivers high-end gaming performance when plugged in, it hits a really unique niche. For my use case, it’s been outstanding.

Arrived, but may have been opened, no clear plastic on the sides like I see on the unboxing online. Installed memory and nmve. Note: you can put two they almost stacked on top of each other, which is unique so it took me a while to figure that out. I put windows 11 Pro on a USB to load the operating system system but then didn’t have all the right drivers even after using the ones on the website I used a program called driver easy which found the missing ones and loaded it. I wish the company for an additional charge would offer to Provide a USB drive with the drivers. I did reach out to the company multiple times. They were quick to respond and Help. I’ve never seen such quick customer service. They were phenomenal which is why I’ve given it a five star rating and I love the tower. Super fast and other computers (different brand) . I’ve returned recently because the fans whine when they spool up. The cooling fans on this you can hear moving air, but they are quiet. Overall, I love this computer and like I said some glitches initially loading drivers but customer services very supportive.
