It’s quite premium and sturdy. Easy to install.This is my second bidet from Amazon. The first one was the most rated one but I couldn’t get it installed without leaks.This bidet came with a wrench, plumbers tape and extra washers which made the installation easy though I didn’t have to use plumbers tape.Also the bidet is actually very premium looking and gives a good grip. I am also very impressed that this is a universal bidet, which makes it a versatile choice. Highly recommended for both ease of installation and overall quality!

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time using a bidet sprayer, and I’m really impressed. The Universal Bidet was super easy to install, even for a beginner like me. The water pressure is great and fully adjustable, and I love that the hose is long enough to easily reach around the bathroom. I even use it to clean the sink and other areas.I also have to mention that the included wrench was a lifesaver. It made loosening and tightening the water connections so much easier!

I installed this myself. The instructions are step-by-step and very clear with color photos. It comes with everything you need, even plumber's tape and a wrench. I installed it, and when I turned it on and the joints I connected had a leak, I realized that it was because the rubber washer had shifted. The instructions even said to watch for that and make sure it is inserted and flat before tightening. I fixed that and there were absolutely no leaks. The sprayer works well and is very effective. You can adjust the spray to gentle or jet. I use it as a bidet, but you can also use it as a handy toilet cleaning aid, if you wish.

Yes, this is a hose. If you just want a hose that is connected to your toilet, that is great, you have found your bathroom sprayer! It's stainless steel and extremely easy to set up. The hose is pretty minimal in the way of bathroom space.HOWEVER if what you're looking for is a *bidet* this is not the same thing! It's incredibly awkward to try to reach down/around and spray in the manner of a bidet, with five times the already-notable drying mess. Go with an actual bidet if you are meaning to rinse your private parts.

This is easy to install and easy to use. I got used to this style of bidet when traveling in Bangladesh and India. They had them in Brazil as well. Once I got used to using this after using the toilet, I never felt clean again. My friends in other countries didn't understand how we Americans can go without a bidet of some kind on our toilets, and now I understand why.The bidet sprayer comes with everything you need to install it in your bathroom. It takes about 15 minutes being careful and deliberate to install. Once installed, it actually saves a lot of toilet paper and probably pays for itself over some months.

This bidet installation kit is truly a kit. Everything you need is there. I'm not wild about the strongest setting on this, it really sets your clock, lol. But the gentler setting is a marvelous thing. How did we go without this for so many years? No more toilet paper! Genius. Highly highly recommend.

I should have known better. When I opened the box and took the T-Valve out of the packaging the washer immediately fell out onto the floor. That pretty much sums up the problem. When a washer falls out that easily, that indicates the washer is too small. I thought to myself maybe it will be fine so I went ahead and installed it. Pictures one and two show the leak from the T-Valve connection. As you can see in picture three, the washer remained on the Toilet Shut Off Valve when I removed the T-Valve adapter from the water supply. Again, the washer was just too small. Pictures 4 and 5 show what happens with the washer when I move the T-Valve to the left after having it stand upright. The washer fell right out. It's really too bad as I wanted this to work. This is fantastic for when you want the Bidet experience, but you do not have an outlet to plug in a traditional Bidet. It appears to be a really well made product. The hose, sprayer, and T-Valve seem to be high quality and it would look great in your bathroom. They even include a wrench and Teflon Tape to make the installation easy. Since extra washers were included in the box I figured I would try that. Like the initial one, this one fit no tighter so I boxed it back up and consider this a major disappointment.
