I already have a single camera system set up and now have another child on the way. This has all the features you come to expect from these: no wifi, good battery life, plays songs and has 2-way sound, etc. One thing that sets this one apart for me is the screen size and video quality. My old monitor is thicker and has a 5" screen. This screen can get dimmer or brighter and provides a clearer picture. This one has a sturdy kickstand, and the remote camera controls allow for a very wide path, both vertically and horizontally, to scan the area to find baby. If the price fits your budget, I'd highly recommend this baby cam!

Update: We reached back out to customer service and received immediate assistance with the issue. They quickly shipped out a new camera to replace the one that wasn't working properly and our screen + 2 cameras are working great. I would highly recommend this product especially if you are trying to monitor multiple kids at once!We bought the camera & screen, plus this add on camera when our second child came along. Overall, we really like the monitor and have found it very useful to us. Our complaint is that after a few months, the bonus camera loses connection when we get within any short distance away. We use it in my son‘s room on the 2nd floor and unless we are in the room directly next to his room, or right beneath his room, we lose connection. We tried emailing and calling customer service to see if there was a solution we could try, and never heard back. Maybe it’s just this specific camera glitching? The other camera works great but we’d like to be able to see both children at the same time as that was the reason we chose this product!

When I first got this set up I almost returned it right then because out of the 2 cameras it came with one was already not working. I decided to reach out to support and they are still currently working on shipping a new camera to me. The range is suppose to be 1800 sqft and I can not get out of the bedroom 5 ft before it stops working. My other camera that has been working fine and at the max distance also just gave out.While the products look nice and sleek and the picture quality is good it will not work for us because of the needed max range. Even if you needed a smaller range that I do … like I said earlier it really drops out at about 5ft outside the room. It’s disappointing but I’ve been through 3 different monitors now and they all seem to not meet my range need. This one just doesn’t work all together. Sending it back. Sad.

Everything on it was perfect, easy to set up, camera is amazing, wifi and range is absolutely insane how far out you can walk and it still be connected, recommend this to anyone out there

I was having issues and contacted them via email. They stopped replying so I called their help number after trying to return it. The customer service team called me back and helped me with the issue. Very thankful for them calling me back

I bought this for my son and daughter in law when they had their second child and it gives excellent picture and is a great product. When it started having glitches and it was almost a year old my daughter in law asked me to check on it, I emailed them, I got a response very quickly, they immediately sent a new camera and even a follow up email to make sure everything was working as it should. This is customer service that we do not see very often!

I love this camera. Don't know what I'd do without this extra camera to go with the monitor and other camera. Syncs up just fine. Husband has dementia and this camera allows me to see him at almost all places in our home. I can go and sit in another room with the monitor and see him.....keeps him safer cause I can keep and eye on him. I can also hear if he says anything. Highly highly recommend this, and no app needed for a phone either.

I loved how great the picture quality was on this camera. Super clear picture and the monitor is very sleek. However my dislikes outweighed things I liked about it. So I’m unfortunately returning.1. The device completely turned off on its own. It may have been a fluke, but I can’t trust it after that happening.2. The sound would randomly go quiet for periods of time (even with VOX mode turned off).3. Not a fan of the way the buttons and settings are configured. Not user friendly. It takes several steps just to zoom in. And when I tried to adjust the volume I would wind up accidentally hitting another button often, which got frustrating.
