Using after hip replacement surgery. Seems steady and sturdy, easily assembled. I like the padding on the seat. Planning on taking it back apart to store in box after initial recovery from Hip surgery. The box is not big and will not take up a lot of room to store. Bought on a good sale price.

This toilet seat is very stable, adjustable and very easy to move between different bathrooms. It was easy to assemble with no tools needed. Highly recommend!

The pieces were all just kind of placed inside with no real protection. I do believe there is a risk of shipping damaged especially if dropped or something heavy set on it.Material Quality:The item is mostly aluminum with some rubber and plastic/vinyl elements.Assembly/Build Quality:The chair is made well enough. It does not feel super robust but it is sturdy enough to support an adult easily and it is fairly light weight. Everything did fit together ok and assembly was pretty easy.Marketing Material:The images represent the item well and there is no misrepresentation of the product. It says its rated up to 500lbs, not sure about that but it will easily handle an averaged sized adult. Also it says it was crafted by medical professionals. I find that hard to believe, but I cant prove it one way or another.Functionality:This seats primary function is to allow easy sitting and standing from the toilet. It has some other features such as size adjustable height and width which is nice. It also has a paper roll holder.Price:This item is listed (at the time of this review) for $79.99 sale price ($99.99 actual price). This price seems to be in line with other similar products and I do not have any issue with it.Likes:I like that it can be resized making it useful with many different sized toilets.Dislikes:There’s not much to dislike, it’s a pretty simple product.Overall:I would definitely recommend this item if you are looking for a lightweight adjustable toilet seat that helps getting on and off. The price is on par with other chairs if you get it on sale.

...probably best for temporary or for short to medium term use.I think this set of toilet safety rails is fine for temporary, short for medium term use & it assembles very easilyBut I don't think it is a great set of rails for permanent or long term use in the home of a disabled person or frail elder or someone who is a larger or heavier person. If you have a temporary condition or a short to medium term visitor who uses toilet safety rails or just want to try out using toilet safety rails before doing a major bathroom remodel this is a reasonable 1st option.POSITIVES:- Easy to read & follow instructions- Nicely padded seat raises toilet height ~2 inches (~5 cm)- Handrails are very nicely padded- There's an included toilet paper rail- 6 width adjustments- 7 height adjustments.- Might suitably adapt one's own toilet with these safety rails for continued use without major remodeling- White tubing rather than bare metalNEGATIVES:- Width settings may not be enough for wider & larger people- If toilet is mounted too low for the disabled or frail person, the included toilet riser seat might not be thick / high enough- Handrail could block access to previously installed bathroom toilet paper dispenser.- No handrail bag for items like a phone, a small book or magazines included.- No bucket for converting this to a bedside commode included.

I know this is supposed to be used as an aid to help seniors in using the toilet, but I've been taking mine along on camping trips. If you've ever had to do your "business" in the woods you know the discomfort that can be after even a few short minutes. I know others may use a pool noodle and a 5-gallon bucket, but I've found that this is far more comfortable for me and the little wife for outdoor use.

The pieces fit together tightly, there is no wobble or loose feeling pieces. It is well made - everything lined up perfectly and securely.It breaks down into a small footprint easily. That's great for transporting it when necessary. My father in law is moving in, and our bath didn't have any room for grab-bars around the toilet. And I didn't want to have a permanently attached raised seat on the toilet either. This is the perfect solution - he has his raised seat and handrails to easily get up and down and we can move the commode chair out of the way if we need to use that toilet.

Extremely easy to put together. Adjustable for height and width for the perfect fit. It sits directly above the toilet and very easy to move out of the way when needed. Sturdy, nice padded handles and it's easy to clean. It even comes with a toilet paper roll holder you can attach to it if you want.
