i was very sceptical about buying this, however i use it all the time in my van, i eat my lunch on it, make notes about work, write invoices, so i can say it is a very good product.

Pushing your car seat back to give you space, this is a good option for car-working, or eating. It works pretty well in a Land Rover - being used by a 4x4 volunteer who takes medical staff to home visit appointments when the weather is bad - the volunteers sit and wait for the nurses to finish before moving on to the next one. This table means the volunteer can do their WFH job while they're waiting.Using a laptop on your lap in a vehicle is not ideal as it sits too low in the small space, but this lifts it to a more useable height.It's also a useful lunch tray but I'm not sure I'd trust an open drink on it as it could get knocked from underneath with a stray knee!I can see that it may not fit all steering wheels and it would be hard to know until you try it, but the measurements on the seller site will give you an idea.A good idea for people whose car/van is their office!

The information regarding this product is incorrect on this site.I searched under my car model and Amazon states it fits my model…..it doesn’t.Won’t go anywhere near my steering wheel which is the standard wheel for my type of car.

The media could not be loaded. A great idea as it’s not just a table for my steering wheel but it’s also a nice organiser which I keep down in the side pocket of my van door. When not in use as a table I can keep small snacks or things like pens in there, and then when I need to do paperwork it easily comes out and slides onto my wheel.It is sturdy enough to eat and write off and I’m happy with how well it stays on my steering wheel, definitely surprised at how well it does. I like that there is a small indent for a brew cup and also another one at the back which I either us for my pen to sit in or my phone to be propped up while on dinner so I can watch tele on it.The whole thing is quite deep and definitely robust, not flimsy and doesn’t feel like it will break easily.I like that there’s cutouts on the back of it to suit the steering wheel, helps it grip nicely and stay secure on my wheel.

This steering table works very well in my car, although I do need to turn the wheel upside down for it to hold securely. Once in place it supports my laptop with ease. I don't really see the point of the slot on the edge, as if you put anything it it, it has to be removed before you can use it as a table.Overall I like this product.

I was really disappointed with this, I have to wait around a lot for family members and wanted to eat my lunch without balancing on my lap, but my wait for something suitable is far from over. This does fit round the wheel with no issues, but the tray is at such an angle that nothing can sit on it. The listing does state that you need to check the sizes which I did, but it gives no information about the angle your steering wheel must be to make this work. (I have a Land Rover Defender (The original one) The other issue I had was I though there was a separate gap filling storage unit, but there isn’t. It is the bottom of the tray that you turn upside down, but that is mad as you would have to empty all the stuff each time you want to use the tray. I also found it did not fit the gaps well in my car and just got in the way of the seat belt receiver.
