I did research on this tea and was amazed at the information I found. Whenever I would eat something sweet for dessert, the next day I would weigh myself and be 1-2 pounds heavier. I tried drinking this tea after eating something sweet and the next day weigh myself again. To my surprise I would be a pound or two LIGHTER. I have been drinking this tea for over a month now and I'm impressed. I would love to read other reviews to see if anyone is getting the same results. Anyway, it's a game changer for me!

Compare to the brand that my friend gave me, this one seems very light though I put 2 tea bags instead of one. Will see after 3 months if this helps lower my sugar. The reason I pick this one is at the time I am looking, I can’t find the same thing as my friend gave me which she said it works for her. So, for now, I give 3 stars.
