Brilliant pan, right out of the box!! I washed it, light oiling, and fried bacon. No sticking, even heat from edge to edge. Easy to clean, comparable to my 80 year old cast iron pan. Very, very pleased.

We had nonstick skillets that were about two years old and found they weren't heating evenly and everything was sticking. This skillet is much better. You need to start with oil or water to cover the base and it heats evenly. The only issue I have found, which I haven't had a chance to troubleshoot yet, is melting just butter to fry eggs. The eggs stuck a little, even though I was generous with the butter, and because they stuck the yolks broke each time they were flipped to finish cooking. Most things have been easy to clean off this pan and it is dishwasher safe so that helps too. Got a couple stains quickly but I haven't tried anything more than soap so they might come right out with vinegar and baking soda.

Very good quality steel and works as one would expect from a good steel skillet. Good heat distribution , Doesn’t stick (see below) and cleans well To avoid sticking, you should heat it for a few minutes then put a few drops of water in it. When the few drops look like shiny pearls and slide around like tiny pebbles , it means things like meat, eggs etc will not stick!

We tried this pan because we did not want to use a nonstick. Our old pan was flaking off and did not seem very healthy. We tried the stainless steel one instead. I’m sure it was user error, but I could not fry an egg on it because everything would stick. It was also tricky to clean. We returned it for ceramic nonstick pan. The pan was a great size and it really felt sturdy so it could be just my inexperience that would not allow me to cook with it. It was also quite pricey.

This was my first stainless steel frying pan. I used it to learn how to cook with stainless steel before buying the larger set. I got rid of all my non-stick pans except one for frying eggs. I even do scrambled eggs in this pan with zero sticking. The secret is to start hot, do the water drop test, and use canola oil.

El alto nivel del acabado y los materiales es lo primero que se nota, el mango es súper cómodo y al menos para mi gusto el peso está perfecto, al momento de la limpieza tenía mis temores de usar fibra para limpiar la grasa, pero aún y restregando con fuerza el acabado sigue pulcro. No es algo fácil de usar y requiere de los mismos cuidados que otros recipientes de acero inoxidable, pero los resultados son excelentes: cortes de carne sellados a la perfección, huevos estrellados con una ligera costra y vegetales salteados en su punto. Compra 100% recomendada

Big pan for more gyoza to be fried. Not so good point will be my IH cannot cover the whole 28cm.

I recieved this pan with gooey old food stuck to it . Absolutley disgusting .
