Not, repeat NOT Cornflour as we know it in the UK.
Being gluten free, I use a lot of cornflour so was delighted to read that this product was โa fine powder made by crushing whole corn kernels.โ And that it โ โฆ can be used in place of or in addition to wheat flour in bread, pancakes, biscuits, waffles, and pastries.โ I missed the bit that it was a โ pre-cooked flourโ What I have received is gritty polenta. So disappointing. Considering returning it, but itโs not possible. Also interestingly since writing this the sellerโs description has been altered to reflect its real description!
