I have purchased so many expensive, stereo headsets only to have people complain about not being able to hear me. Mind you, I could hear them and music fine. I also realized I was only wearing one ear at a time so I could hear everything around me at the same time. And I kept losing a single earbud whenever I put on a face mask. I'M SO GLAD I READ THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS HEADSET! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HEADSET!!! HERE ARE 10 REASONS YOU SHOULD BUY THIS HEADSET: 1. Everyone hears me clearly and I hear them, music and podcasts clearly. 2. My controls are back on the headset WITH REAL BUTTONS. I didn't realize how much I missed being able to control my volume without needing 2 earbuds, let alone having to learn new tap / hold combinations with every brand change of earbuds. 3. I no longer hang up on people by mistake! There were SO many times I hung up on people just trying to put my earbuds in my ears. 4. Mute is a simple, dedicated button! 5. I can wear this headset, my glasses, and a face mask comfortably! The ear hook keeps the headset comfortably on my ear. 6. It's so easy to change ears. No matter what headset you use, eventually you experience some ear moisture. With this headset you can just do a quick change to give an ear a break. 7. It charges quickly. Not just the headset, but the case too! 8. The battery life is amazing! And the case holds enough charge to give the headset a boost while you using your car or other Bluetooth devices for listening. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like using this style ear piece for making phone calls. This one is so good I bought a second just in case something happened to the first one and they weren't available any longer. This is the best one I ever tried. Even in a noisy environment the noise cancelling works well enough that people can hear me without difficulty and the sound is always good on my end. This Bluetooth earpiece is a nice product especially for the price. The sound quality is very good. I am very happy with this earpiece.

I bought it for work phone, I work in a supply store that receives phone calls all day, I can listen to music or podcasts on my cell phone and if a call comes in on the land line it switches to the land line without me having to do anything. I answer the call by simply pressing the button and when the call is complete it goes back to what I was listening to on my cell phone. Great product! It is comfortable, comes with 3 different ear pieces and the battery lasts all day. I told coworkers about this product and 2 of them bought it as well. Highly recommended.

Do not buy this. I bought it in July and it’s now November and it already stopped working. I only use it about 3 days a week probably averaging less than 2 minutes talk time each day. The first problem I had is it wouldn’t stay charged when stored. The second problem which is pretty major is while charging it got so hot it melted the entire ear piece and the whole case warped. I’m sure this would have caught fire if I didn’t catch it when I did. I could have lost my entire tractor trailer had I left this to charge over night. Complete and total waste of money. Definitely DO NOT charge this in your house while your family is sleeping.

It has been seven months since I purchased this product. First, it is very comfortable. The sound quality is moderate, sometimes not loud enough to hear the other person while driving. The fit is good and never had an issue of it falling out. There were two major issues. First, I have it connected to two devices, an iPhone and a Samsung. The iPhone would automatically connect up 90% of the time. The Samsung would not. The problem is that it would audibly say "Connected, Disconnected" Over and over and over again until you went into the settings of the Samsung and manually connected it, even if I am on a call on the iPhone and I walked away from the Samsung. This is very annoying and inconvenient. The second issue is that like many other headsets, the Bluetooth and the charging case must line up absolutely perfect. Many, many times, I would have the Bluetooth in the charger overnight only to wake up to a dead headset. It is at the point where I have to work for a bit to even get it to make contact. The battery life is around seven hours of talk time. For the money, it is OK, but I would not purchase this device again.
