It’s a great product, keeps area warm & cosy. It definitely does not heat up the room as coil heaters do. I used this in delhi winter & trust me, this time we didn’t layer up as much as we used to. It is not noisy at all unless you switch on the fan. Power cord could have been little longer, power indicator went off within 3-4weeks of usage & it’s little expensive- that’s why not giving 5 star. My apprehension was that accidental touch to Heater body might give burn... but it won’t. Wheels make it mobile, i used it in hall during the day & dragged to room during night. Go for it. Update: Jan25: it underwent a service/ oil refill in ‘23 and again it barely heats. So need a service again. In nut shell- सफेद हाथी ☹️

It is functioning but there were dents on the product received

Received defective product. The heater wouldn't turn on after assembly and installation. No replacement options are being provided by Amazon. Also technician visit is also not getting scheduled immediately. Should have bought from a local dealer instead.

Easy to use

This is my first oil heater purchase. I was a bit wary about the price but I'm happy I bought it. Pros : 1 ) Warms up larger area(mid to large sized rooms) compared to blowers . It does this very effectively. 2) Very good for the the skin. If you have dry skin or skin issues during winter , this does NOT dry the skin. Cons : 1) Takes a while to heat up the room , ones it does it is very effective. 2) Power consumption is high. I strongly recommend this product.

I am a hard critic but honestly, I am satisfied with the product. It needs precision to work effeciently. You would need the room to be enclosed and the make sure nothing is touching the heater and its is properly connected to power socket. This usually takes about 20 mins to heat up the room to the required temperature in my case(room isnt that big). And the thermostat control works greate for night sleep. Keep it at 60% usually for hard nights and it worked like a charm. The only negative point i could think was that I felt cold breeze when leaving the room which is because of such a great heating by this heater.
