I absolutely love this, the design in my opinion is brilliant.I requested this to replace my existing switch which just sits on my desk and slides around if I happen to touch one of the leads coming out if it as they are just laying across the top of my desk and after a while this became really annoying. This however I have mounted on the end of my desk and all the cabling is routed underneath, yaay. All I have to do is reach over and push the button to swap computers brilliant. I did have to purchase a longer HDMI lead for one computer but that did not cost much.In conclusion, I really like this and it is well worth the price which is £24.99 at time of review.

Ordered via vine.I haven't bolted this to my desk or monitor, but I've used the extra ports under my desk in a suitable hidden position for connectivity between my laptop.USB 3.0 is perfectly adequate for the price and for me me since I just needed a few more ports plus the switch itself. Of course USB 3.2 would have been even better for more bandwidth and 10gbps+ transfer speed, or Thunderbolt etc. But for £25.99 I wouldn't really expect than, nor am I using it for data transfer but mainly 2.4Ghz and other wireless adapters, so the 5Gbps per port is perfectly fine and it's HDMI 2.1 offers 8K support/bandwidth anyway.And actually for the price it could have had HDMI 1.4 or 2.0 for the HDMI out but HDMI 2.1 makes this even more versatile for those that will use it. I already have 4x 4K@120hz and USB 3.2s + thunderbolt so again, not quite what I used it for.I may end up installing it on my desk in the future, but for now I have sufficient quad monitor support and no 8K TV or content anyway. Nonetheless it's a useful feature for many no doubt.It's fixture mechanism is solid, the unit design itself is well constructed in a typical computer/laptop grey paint finish which is by design. Although a matte black option would have also looked good and matched better with Monitor installations, as individuals application and setup may vary.I'll give this a very respectable 4/5 stars, I actually haven't seen this kind of devices before so it's somewhat unique although i'm sure if I searched for them, many more exist. And thats only as I don't dish out 5 stars very easily. If it had really surprised me with gen 3.2 USB ports then that would have been remarkable for the price. But I still highly recommend it and think it's well worth the current £25 price tag, plus there's a £3 voucher too.

This KVM switch by BENFEI is honestly amazingFor years I've had a cheap KVM switch which just sits on my desk with six 6 cables snaking out of it. I'm an aspiring minimalist and having all these cables on my desk drives me insane. The fact that this can fasten either to the edge of your desk (I have mine at the back so the cables are hidden) or your monitor means that all these cables are now hidden and my desk once again looks tidy.

In a nutshell:Things I liked:+ Love the clever design of this. Got mine sitting underneath my desk and it's a really convenient place to have a KVM. I have another KVM which I keep hidden away and it has front-facing USB ports, but I can't really access them because I only have access to the remote control. By positioning this under the desk right by my hand, I can access the KVM very, very easily and switch comfortably between the two.+ The price of £25 is perfectly reasonable for a good quality KVM. Particularly one with an innovative design like this!+ No issues with USB port speed. Tested it with CrystalDiskMark and got around about 448 MB/s, which is a little less than I would get from plugging my SSD directly into the computer's USB 3.0 port, but not a lot less. In everyday usage, I absolutely don't notice the difference.Things I didn't like:- Totally not a fan of USB A to A cables. Would prefer USB A to B which is more standardised (but presumably more expensive).Do I recommend it?Yes. An innovative solution to quite a common KVM problem.

Love having this little guy. I put it on a workbench where I switch between a couple of systems regularly. I love that this thing can clamp on the edge of the table. Keeps it out of the way. Functionally wise, it has worked as described. I have had no issues.

I am the "computer repair guy" in my family. When anything is broken, it comes to me. Having a secondary set up just for repairs isn't an option, so having a KVM like this, allows me to simply connect a secondary computer to my main gaming set up and use the mouse and keyboard I always use. This KVM is fantastic. It has lots of different USB ports, so I can plug in my install and tools USB sticks, along with my keyboard and mouse. The clamp design is great, and I am able to lift it off the desk, saving space and making it easily accessible. It was a plug-and-play setup, and no additional work is needed to get it up and running. Switching is a breeze and a single click of a button switches from one computer to another. It is extremely durable with the aluminum shell, so if it does get knocked around a bit, I'm not afraid of it cracking open. It does need to be plugged into a separate power source, which I wish it would just siphon some power from the other 2 devices plugged in instead since you have to plug it into a USB port on each computer to act as the USB hub, but I can understand why that is a thing. Otherwise, this device is pretty much perfect!

Switch bello da vedere ma anche adatto al lavoro che deve fare. Viene alimentato tramite un cavo USB-C e può collegare massimo due PC tramite una porta HDMI (risoluzione massima dichiarata di 7680*4320 cioè 4K a 60Hz) e una porta USB 3.0 per ogni macchina. Ad affiancarle abbiamo altre quattro porte USB 3.0 per altrettante periferiche. Ottima l'idea di poterlo posizionare sul supporto monitor o sul bordo scrivania tramite l'apposita vite in modo da occupare meno spazio.Non ho riscontrato nessun problema durante l'uso e il prezzo di 34 euro mi sembra corretto per il tipo di oggetto soprattutto contando che sono inclusi due cavi HDMI e uno USB-C nella confezione.

Ce produit a été un coup de cœur,Je m'en sers comme dock usb pour un seul PC mais vous pouvez l'utiliser pour 2 PC ! Vous disposez d'un bouton pour switch de PC. Tous les câbles sont fournis (ce qui est génial), c'est simple et rapide. On peut également souligner la très bonne qualité de fabrication. Les débits sont corrects, l'USB 3.0 joue en sa faveur. N'ayant plus de ports USB disponibles sur mon PC, ce produit est définitivement celui qu'il me fallait !Prochaine étape, voir si ça fonctionne sur Linux :)

Dadurch habe ich mir einen Traum erfühlt - privater PC und Dienst-Laptop an gleichen Bildschirm, Tastatur und Maus bequem anzuschließen. "Bequem" für mich ist, wenn der Switch mit Kabeln nicht so viel Platz am Schreibtisch nimmt, dem Arbeitsbereich frei lässt, die Bewegung des elektrischen höhenverstellbaren Tisch hoch und runter reibungslos folgen und am oder auf dem Scheibtisch gut befestigt werden kann. Dieser Switch lässt sich stabil an der Schreibtischkante montieren, bleibt gut erreichbar und alle angeschlossenen Kabel bleiben außerhalb der Tischplatte und stören gar nicht im Arbeitsbereich. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
