Had them on my pillows for a month, kids loved them. My dogs often curl up on the pillows, washed the cases before packing away for next year and they held up great. Bought a different brand for another holiday and zippers weren't great but no problem with this set.

Pillows are sturdy, easy to zip closed, and opaque. The design is just not as attractive in person. Its just the cover you provide your own pillow.
