I was looking to support my muscles as I age. In three weeks the appearance of my muscles in face and arms were more youthful. The saggy, crepey“old lady arms” were nearly gone. I've tried this for about a month not consitly on a daily but either every other day or every few days. I can't really sau anything yet about effe6as I need to do it more consistently to see. I'm going to try the tabs next as the powder seems to foam up a bit when I mix it with beverages

These seem to do the trick vs the expensive high tech being pushed with every other ad powders. Grateful to find these to save $ while still benefiting from the source.

Have tried to dissolve this in coffee, water, tea (hot and cold) and just putting a scoop in my mouth. It does not dissolve at all! Trying to just put in my mouth lead to choking on the big clump that formed in my throat that would not dissolve. Based on the reviews I was willing to pay the price, but I am 100% disappointed and will NEVER buy this again.

Suppose to be 60 servings but it was only about 35! So that was a lie. Also does not dissolve at all. Have to wait for it to melt away off your teeth.
