GoodCook Precision Santoku Knife 7"

Good! nice weight, very nice looking blade and a comfortable handle. I don't feel it holds the sharpness very well, but I don't really mind sharpening it every few days, I will keep an eye on how the blade ages.

sharp and affordable

I was gifted this knife a few years ago and absolutely loved it! I accidentally dropped it, the tip snapped off. I wanted to replace it. I found it in a grocery store….ka-ching! Quite expensive! Checked Amazon….excellent price!This knife is so sharp, slices through a whole watermelon with ease. Cuts through frozen foods nicely. Fits very comfortably in hand. Not too big, perfect length.I truly use it for everything. I plan to buy several for Christmas gifts!

Replaced my original 7" ONEDA knife after 15 years. This came up as an exact replacement. Was not looking for cheap - would pay 'whatever' to have the quality. Super sharp, balanced, like the resin (feels like wood) handle for grip. Two of these for $20!!! Should have me covered for next 30 years.

This GoodCook Precision Santoku Knife 7" is amazing! If you haven't used a good quality knife before (and I had not), then you really notice the difference the first time you use this. It definitely makes chopping vegetables and meats for cooking a lot easier.The knife itself is excellent quality, very heavy and solid and has held up well through several weeks of meal prep.Highly recommend.

Been using it for a long time for everything, and it's still sharp! I have some knives that get dull so quickly, but this seems to be holding up well
