Quality product
These dishes exceeded my expectations! They are made with a substantial amount of clay which makes me believe they will wear well with everyday use. This also gives the dishes a feeling of a "William Sonoma" type of product at a fraction of the price!The glaze was applied generously and without any visible flaws. I ordered 2 sets of the 4 place setting. There were no variations in the quality of either.This is absolutely a company that I will look to for other items!

Updated Review – Great Customer Service
After some initial back and forth with support, Armor Arc came through and sent me a full replacement set, which I received today. I really appreciate the follow-through and their effort to make things right. The new set looks great and was packaged well. Thanks to the team for standing behind their product!

Beautiful Dishes, But Uneven Color Ratio
It is a beautiful set of plates and the colors are cute. My only issue is that I hoped for it to be like the picture and get 2 sets of each color. I'm missing a set of blue plates and gained an extra set of pink plates. It may have been a mistake because I did get 2 blue bowls, but not 2 sets of blue plates.

LIKE THE DISHES, DON'T LIKE THE ROUGH BOTTOM
Dishes look beautiful and elegant. I like the speckled look and dual color on the bottom, light brown. What i really don't like is the rough surface on the bottom, why not glaze the bottom? It is inconvenient when washing the dishes, your sponge comes to a complete stop when reaches the bottom. I've taken the whole box a part so I'm not planing to return. The cereal bowls are smaller, shallower then expected. I like the style, color, I think quality is there, but have to get used to the rough bottom.
