This hat is as advertised. The brim is stiff and the hat itself seems to be high quality. There’s a string inside to allow you to adjust the size. I have a small head and used to have a difficult time finding something in stores in the past. I was able to use the string to make it fit. I only wish that the hat was a tad deeper as it doesn’t feel fully secure on my head with its current depth. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

I get lots of compliments whenever I wear it!

This is a well-made and very attractive felt hat that deserved better care. The box in which it was sent was too small for the hat so it was partly crushed. The plastic hat form that came with the hat was completely wrong size, shape, configuration. We were able to steam and re-block the hat and I think it's going to be fine.

I honestly love this hat so much. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it, and it was pretty decently priced. I ordered the maroon hat by itself (nothing else in my order) and it came in a plastic bag inside of a box. It was not misshapen or bent. It was perfect. I loved it so much that I went back and bought the gray. But when I bought the gray hat, I also bought a few other small , but weighty, items from Amazon in the same order. Everything that I ordered was boxed together, and again the hat was just placed in a plastic bag inside of the box. During the shipment process obviously the things in the box are going to move around and lay on top of each other at points, and the small weighty items were able to bend the brim of the hat. I’ve had a hard time getting the hat to go back into the correct shape. So, my advice is if you do decide to buy this hat, make sure this is the only thing in your order. That way it gets boxed on its own with nothing else in the box to misshape the hat.

The media could not be loaded. This is my second time order this hat. I really like the hat but every time I receive it is all bent up, so I would like to order another one. Can you please secure the hat for it won’t be bent up when I receive. I will return this one and order another one Thank youSandra Polk

The way it was packed. It was squeezed in a small plastic bag and small box. The hat is beautiful but it is deformed due to the packing. Will let it stand for a while, it might reshape to its original form, if not then, it’s going back.

I bought this for my 7yo daughter. Childrens hats can be snug, but this one did the job. It's not too tight or too loose. Perfect fit.

This hat is well made, the felt should hold its shape without a problem. It is the most comfortable hat I’ve owned, which makes it a great value for its price. I have to admit I really love this hat...it matches my boots, saddle, and horse.

Hat is well made and was very well packed, but arrived with couple of dents in brim. I hope these will smooth out. Brim doesn't sit flat, as shown in product photo. I have short, flat hair. Hat is a little bit snug for my 59 cm head diameter, but not uncomfortably so. I suggest it would not fit someone with thick or abundant hair if same head size as me.Although I'm disappointed that the brim is not flat (curves up at the sides - perhaps because of snug fit?) I'm reasonably happy with this hat.
