I love pokeweed. Every spring, my mother makes poke greens (she calls them spring tonic).So, I say this supplement and decided to give it a whirl.I also appreciate the additional herbal ingredients like Goldenseal and Elderberry. The taste is mild, slightly sweet, and easy to take on its own or mixed into tea.The dropper is well-marked, making it simple to measure out a consistent dose. I’ve been taking it daily for a couple of weeks, and while it’s still early, I’m optimistic about the long-term benefits. No digestive discomfort or side effects so far, which is a plus.If you’re looking for an easy way to support your immune and lymphatic systems with a natural herbal blend, this could be a good option.

Very beneficial but a little pricey

Hard to tell how effective, but certainly no issues and just has a mild elderberry flavor.

I ordered this herbal supplement for the Poke Root property of supporting lymphatic drainage. Hoping it helps decrease the fluid and swelling I have with lymphedema. I could also benefit from the anti-inflammatory effects known to accompany Poke Root. The herbal additions of Goldenseal and Elderberry have been reported to support immune health, and the Dandelion, Plantain and Horsetailhave been said to help cleanse and detox the body so the immune system can function more optimally.I'm excited to see how this preparation works for me, as it promises good things that I would love to benefit from. It's only been a couple of weeks since starting this elixir, but so far no unwanted side effects. The taste is mild and not offensive, I take it under tongue.

Easy to take and pleasant taste. The elixir arrived in a small glass bottle with a clearly marked dropper that works well. One squeeze and you have 1 ml. I added it to water and the flavor was pleasant. It has only seven main ingredients with purified water and maltitol. It is made by a company in Hong Kong with no origin information available on the bottle or box.

While the idea of taking this was amazing for hs cyst. I experienced really bad digestive issues from taking this and unfortunately the window closed so I can not return this product.

The liquid has a strong but manageable taste; however, I prefer the capsule. This can be taken on an empty stomach without issue. This is a good supplement; with regular use, you will experience at least skin improvement.
