What's height width & length of the unit itself, Not length of cables

The Unit is 34cm wide x 15cm high x 3cm deep (front to back). It's a perfect solution for drying in our sunny bathroom. I hope that helps.

Can I attach this with glue instead of using a drill?

There are some very good industrial adhesives around at the moment. But I doubt if any of them will hold, especially with a load of damp washing. You also have to consider if the surface of the wall is stable enough. So the answer is a big no, from me. Get someone else to do the drilling.
