Tacos!: An Interactive Recipe Book (Cook In A Book)

This book is great for bedtime, but also car rides and trips as it is very interactive! We have yet to use it as a recipe to follow in the kitchen but that’s what it’s for! We love these types of books!

I’ve bought this book twice now for friends’ kids. Parents report that kiddos love using it and it helps them feel included in the kitchen when parents are busy making dinner. It’s super interactive and brightly colored, plus educational. Sturdy enough to be given to a toddler!

My family has really enjoyed the Cook in a Book series -- grown-ups and children! Both my 2 and my 5 year old like to read this book. The kids can pretend to cook as they read the book. There's a little knife for chopping the vegetable, and they can fold the tortilla! It really goes beyond the average pop-up/flap book in how interactive it is -- more like an app! We've made the recipe too, and it was great! The book is really sturdy and has really attracted my children (I think it's been read everyday since we got it a month or two ago). This would make a great gift for a preschooler with a few child-sized cooking materials. I would recommend this for ages 2-6.

The book has beeb through a lot!! It is very durable, very good quality! The only thing is the little knife got bent and eventually lost, but kind of to be expected. It is super cute! And my 2.5 YO loved making real guacamole!!!Definitely recommend!!

My two-year old has really enjoyed this book, pretending to prepare tacos and to eat them! This specific book of the larger series contains a cardboard knife that enables my son to help "prepare" ingredients and also allows me to teach him about cooking safely. It also has a cardboard tortilla that he can pretend to put toppings on and "eat". It has definitely piqued his interest in what we do in the kitchen and now he loves to bring his stool over to see and help with meal prep which has been fun.

Both a 2 year girl and 6 year old boy loved playing with it!

My son loves these books so much, I've decided to also buy the as gifts for my nephews.

My kiddo loves recounting the steps to make tacos and miming the movements.

This is a great book, our granddaughter loves it.The only issue is one of the pages is torn - supposed to be a new book. Not too good.

We love this book and all of them in the series! It's so fun to play with my kids adore "cooking" with the book and going through the motions! Extra bonus because it's quiet but very entertaining!

Bought this for my granddaughter as she loved the cookie book, she loved this just as much especially being able to chop the veg!
