Battery needs recharging frequently
This is my third Fitbit. My Fitbit 4 was working fine but I got the 6 during Prime Days a few months ago because it was deeply discounted. I loved it at first. The battery charge lasted for a week. Over a period of time it lasted less and less. Now it has to be charged every other day. I'm not sure but it might be the new charging cord they went to. I love the watch and all of the features it has but having to recharge it so often is aggravating.

Piece of Fit...Bit. Customer service is even worse
My wife bought me my first Fitbit for my birthday last spring. I was excited to track my daily activities and thought we were buying a good name brand that backed it's product. 2 months in and I was really enjoying it untill I jumped into a lake to swim. You know, swimming, one of the activity logs on the watch. The band snapped and the watch sunk. Horrible customer service. We bought my son one as well but immediately returned it. He got a Samsung watch and loves it. I'll be switching from Pixel phone as well once I learned Google owns Fitbit. I've never left a bad review but have given this company 3 months to make it right and by right, I mean at least respond. I've been ghosted by a company, so I'm ghosting them with my money. Stay away from this piece of FitBit

Do not buy a Charge 6 or any other Fitbit
I bought a Fitbit Charge 6 10 months ago. I just stopped working one day after 6 months. Google replaced the item pretty quickly. The second Charge 6 stopped working 2 months later. Another return. This time I had to wait almost two weeks for a replacement. Two months later, your guess it. Another return and another two weeks. Assuming that this one breaks in two months, I will be out of warranty and moving away from Fitbit! Google has absolutely destroyed Fitbit!
