How to change the different noise cancelling levels?

You can shortly press the function button on the hearing aids to change noise cancelling levels from General / Light Noise Reduction / Strong Noise Reduction. And long press the function button to change hearing amplifying levels.

What can I do if there is whistling?

You can adjust the volume and choose the earcaps that fit your ears to lower whistling. There are 4 sizes of earcaps coming with the earcaps.

When I use the hearing aids as bluetooth headphones, does the hearing aids function still work?

No. When you listen to music or answer the phones via bluetooth, the hearing aids will not amplify outside sound. And when there is no music or phone calls from bluetooth connection, its hearing aids feature will work again automatically.

How long is the battery life? Do I need to change battery?

For bluetooth headsets feature, it can last 13 Hrs; And for hearing aids feature, it can work over 18Hrs. There is a charging box, no need to change batteries.

Is APP needed if I want to connect to my phone?

No need for APP. You can connect this hearing aids to your smartphone via Bluetooth list.
