This product, in powder form, is so easy to take. I mix it in water before bedtime. No taste is left in your mouth. I noticed a great improvement in my gut within 2 days. It certainly does its job of balancing the flora. I have just ordered my second bag and will continue to take this product. Being 75, it is important to watch your gut flora.

Bought to sprinkle on dogs food. I also take it mixed with cold water. Odorless and tasteless. Seems to be working for gut and skin health.

Nature's Bounty has the same supplement in pill form for 120 servings for 7.89. (made in USA). ASIN B0014CVXMW. I usually like to support small businesses but the cost is substantial here.

I don’t know if others will experience anything like what I’ve experienced, everyone is different. Unraveling my own trouble sleeping has been a huge learning experience. And for me, it has a lot to do with food intolerances and my microbiome. I ordered this on a lark. I remember taking Acidolphilus when I was a child at the behest of my mother who followed Dr Spock‘s guide for healthy kids. She tried natural methods for most things as a front line defense. I do remember Acidolphilus helping me overcome thrush at some point when I was young. I remember liking taking it. So I thought, why not try it again? To my utter amazement, I have slept a full 7 hours straight after taking this, as directed, an hour after dinner. I put the serving size in water. It had no taste. I normally sleep 4 hours max, then wake up, and have to put myself back to sleep. Even if one has very different issues, this strain has been thoroughly tested and seems to offer a wide range of health benefits. And appears safe for most healthy people. I am so happy to have rediscovered this probiotic and will be ordering it again from Vitamatic when I run out. There are a lot of servings. The value is good.

Seems like a good product, but the packaging is not great. It had a gash in it from what I can only assume was a box cutter.
